Heart rate science
Heart rate monitors and wearable technology help each participant train at the right intensity based on their own body metrics to maintain a personalized target heart rate zone. Resulting in increase blood circulation, sped up caloric burn and will stimulate more energy. The real time results are displayed during your kickboxing experience to keep your individual intensity level at its desired peek level.

NO PERSON-TO-PERSON CONTACT
At 10Count Fitness we don't knock out people, we knock out workouts! There is no person-to-person contact and we do not punch people. You will be under the guidance of a trainer every step of the way. Beginners up to advanced athletes are welcomed.
GLOVES AND HAND WRAPS
You will receive 10Count Fitness boxing gloves and hand wraps. Your personal trainer will teach you how to wrap your hands and more advanced techniques as you become more experienced.

Your heart rate is tracked through 5 different heart rate zones showing the level of intensity you are at in during your 45 minute 10Count Fitness workout. No matter your age or level of fitness, our heart rate monitoring technology allows you to achieve optimum results per workout with the help of our trainer.
SEE YOUR RESULTS
Receive emailed workout summaries and visually see your score on your phone after every 45 minute 10Count Fitness workout. Inside the gym there are also live displays of your heart rate on TVs for you and your trainer to make adjustments throughout the workout to push harder or to slow it down.
LEARN KICKBOXING SKILLS
Start as a beginner who knows nothing about kickboxing and earn your way up to an advanced veteran teaching other newcomers and your friends the skills you’ve acquired for life.
